It is tricky. Because it recommends put the device in the middle of your house to extend the wifi to the front door. So I have a large house. Two bedrooms in the back and two bedrooms in the front of the house. The den is in the middle. So with this extension wifi is in the front bedrooms where it was poor is now good. It also depends where you have your router. It recommended to be close to router. I hope it gives you a sense of the range.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's pretty far...my doorbell was draining and was about 75ft from the router. It was giving me a very poor signal. Once installed, I connected everything to the Chime Pro Network and the doorbell has a good rating. It's in the green. I placed the Chime Pro about almost 3/4 of the way to the doorbell. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have mine about 15 feet from my doorbell pro and 60 feet from my floodlight cam. My router is in between the extender and floodlight. It changed my signal strength from "ok" to good or great after installed (depends on how many devices are attached wirelessly at the time). But under normal conditions I'm getting a "great" for the signal strength.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It definetely gives it better reception from one floor to the next....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my case 150 feet in all direction is covered. I also chose to go with a solar system, in an area that is without power and to high to keep the needed manual recharge
