Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello...My dryer has a slight tilt to the handle. Specifically, rather than sitting a 90 degree angle. the handle snaps into place at perhaps at an 80 degree angle. I believe this is the way the dryer is constructed so it will fold. It does not affect operation and looks exactly like the dryer depicted on the website and on the box. Perhaps your dryer is not even getting to the 80 degree point? When you look at the back of the dryer -- just below the cool shot button -- does the point where it snaps together fit together smoothly? Wish there was a better description of the problem you are experiencing. Good luck!
