We understand how frustrating it can be when you've followed all instructions and still can’t get your phone to connect. This issue is typically related to the Wi-Fi connection between the drone and your phone, and we’re here to help troubleshoot: Here are a few things to check: Wi-Fi Network: Ensure you're connecting to the drone’s Wi-Fi signal, not your home Wi-Fi. The drone should broadcast a network (usually named something like “F28_XXXX”) when powered on. Location Services: Enable GPS/location services on your phone — some devices require this to connect to Wi-Fi devices without internet. App Permissions: Make sure the Contixo app has permission to access Wi-Fi, location, and storage. Phone Compatibility: Not all phones are compatible with 5 GHz-only bands. The drone broadcasts a 2.4 GHz signal, so make sure your phone supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Try a Different Phone: If possible, try connecting with another phone or tablet to rule out a device-specific issue. If you've tried all of the above: Please reach out to Contixo Support directly — they may be able to provide updated firmware or replace the unit if it's defective.
