Thanks for reaching out. This PC should be able to run CS:GO, CoD, and Fortnite with at least 60 FPS, however, your settings and connection may affect performance. You should be able to add another additional 8GB of RAM, however, it is recommended to get one that is similar to the one already inside the PC.
