Take out the 4 screws for the glass panel. Make sure the graphics card is connected properly. Check the 6-pin power adapter and the graphics card itself. It sounds like it is just not getting power. Hopefully not a defective product.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like your graphics card is not fully inserted into the motherboard or the power is not connected. I would double check the cable connections first, then call up cust service cause that's probably assembly error.
