I did contact customer support and they walked me through it apparently it did not update properly and corrupted the files
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go into your device manager, select the Intel wireless adapter from the list and choose "UPDATE DRIVER". This is what I did and I have no more problems. But first, you should try right-clicking the Internet icon located on the lower-right task bar and select "Troubleshoot Problems". (When u say wireless doesn't pop up at all, you mean its icon doesn't appear on the lower-right task bar?)
