“Can this pc run Tom Clancy Rainbow 6 Siege well”

• I have not tested Rainbow Six Siege on this machine, but I have played much more CPU intensive games on this (GTA V. Subnautica, etc.) , and it has ran like a charm, so most likely it will be able to run Rainbow at around 60-100+ FPS.
