Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, this motherboard cannot support the AM4 socket based CPU's such as the Ryzen 5 2600. If you want to use that, you will need a motherboard that supports the AM4 socket. As for the RX 580, you should be able to use it, however, there is a chance you will need to upgrade your power supply unit as a RX 580 may use an 8-pin power connector.
