That MSI card requires a 500 watt Power Supply with an 8 pin connector for the card. I believe the Power supply for the PC is 450 watts. It probably would work, but I would look at an Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB instead. Bestbuy has one that only draws 75 watts and doesn’t require an external power connector to the card...it also requires only a 300 watt Power Supply

The RX 580 requires a minimum of 500 watts for the power supply.
