• If you check the description of the product then it will tell you. Currently it does say includes steelbook a 20 dollar value. I got one with mine and it is pretty cool

• I believe the steel book was a “preorder only” offer. You got it as a gift/freebie for preordering. If you buy it in-store now, they may not be give it to you or it may come at an additional cost.
