If you had us install your original dash cam, we can uninstall it for you at no cost, if the car can get to our install bay. You would need to pay to get the camera installed in the new car, but that would be something we would charge for. Please reach out to an Autotech at your local Best Buy to set up an appointment for this.

A:AnswerIt is best to bring your own hardware kit as Best Buy may not have one for your specific dash cam. If, however, Best Buy does have a hardware kit for your dash cam then, yes, you can purchase it from them at the time of install (so long as it is in stock). I personally ordered all of my items (camera and accessories, including a hardware kit) far in advance of my installation date.

A:AnswerInstaller needs clear access to front windshield and rear hatch. Wire from front to back camera goes along left headliner. It's best to clean out the car.
