A:AnswerThere’s an area on the side of the building that has two large garage like doors for cars you can always ask inside because it’s different in each location but also I recommend that you order a hard wire kit if you don’t want to use your charger plug as a battery otherwise you’d be unplugging it every time you want to charge your phone. I have to wait an extra month for my install since I wasn’t told I needed a hardwire kit for it.
A:AnswerI made the appointment on line which was VERY DIFFICULT & minutes. NOT user friendly. You have to pay up front. Drive in on time (10 minutes early) and the installer I've used 6 times before started on a replacement swap out. He scheduled for 1 hour, was done in like 26 minutes. None better @ Willow Grove shop. Good luck...
