Will this work with new windows 11 HP Laptop? null

I see no reason why it would not. I have a brand new HP all in one with windows 11 and it works fine.

To use this USB Slim DVD+/- RW drive you need to connect the drive to the USB port of a compatible computer. This optical drive has USB 2.0 interface. If your HP laptop's hardware configuration is compatible with the specification of this drive then you can use it, however, Dell has not tested this drive with an HP laptop hence the compatibility is not assured.
