Will this CD burn movies form old VHS tapes? null

I use a Hauppauge converter - play the VHS tables on a VHS player and capture the video using Nero (any product will do for the capture). Hauppauge makes a good reliable product at a good price. Once you've captured it to your hard drive, you can burn to a DVD.
