can i use with a chromebook null

No, you can not use this with a chromebook.

No, not if you want to play an audio CD or a movie on a DVD or Blue-ray disc and you cannot write anything to a CD,DVD or Blu-ray disc. Using with Chromebook is very limited - You can connect a CD or DVD player and use it read read data files if you have a disk written in data format.
