“I was wondering as I have already ordered this laptop; can I plug it into higher voltage plugs overseas? Also can more RAM be added to this laptop if ever desired? And is it okay to run older versions of microsoft office with new laptops?”

The Power Brick given with the Laptop is 100-240v so it can be used overseas. I am running Office 2016 on it. Office supports doesn't depend on Laptop models but on Win 10 support. If particular Office version supports Windows 10 then it will work on the Laptop. The RAM is soldered onto the board and cannot be upgraded.

You can plug the charger into a power outlet of a different regional but you need to ensure the power cord complies with the local power rating / requirement standard. The Max RAM allowed on this system is 16 GB and it can run some of the old versions of Microsoft office.
