That's bcs it's a steamy forther not a microwave, you could microwave milk for 1 minute then forth it for extra hot coffee.

No exchanges, no returns from Best Buy because I didn't give them another $40.00 for "their" guarantee of a quality item. Do you know how much money Best Buy, Sears, Walmart etc. makes from charging customers to purchase their insurance policies? For all we know, these Delonghi machines for $200.00 we obtained from a cargo ship that sunk on it's way over and all the machines are destine to break down anyway!
