Yes, you can now control if you want to fly..DJI has upgraded their firmware to allow this...

The DJI Fly app may put a warning that you may be flying in restricted areas, but I've not had it physically restrict anything. The terms and conditions portion of the app cover that the end user is responsible for adhering to safe operating and following all FAA drone guidelines.
