- Answer As long as you have the warranty you can exchange the controler. But you have to pay the price difference. The time before last when we got one they were on sale. When we replaced it, not only was it not sale but the price had gone up another $10. So $20 extra for the new controller and $20 for the new warranty

- Answer Normally the controls tells you when it need to be charge if you are using it with PlayStation, but if not you probably have to check the notifications in the device that you are using.
