A:AnswerHi there,
This is Dan with Dyson. All US manufactured Dyson products are exclusively for 110-120 volt outlets. We do not advise using these machines with any other voltage. Use of a power converter is also not advised.

A:AnswerI believe this is a newer model, it has the app for your phone so you can link it and allows for you to control the fan as well as view the air quality in your home/room.
A:AnswerHi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. The Dyson Pure Cool link air purifier will capture VOC's as small as 0.3 microns. So while it can capture these VOC's it does not remove it.

A:AnswerHi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Pure Cool Link. The Dyson Pure Cool Link purifier fan will clean the air in any size room. The bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the room. In a room of 139ft², the purifier fan will purify the room in 27 minutes. In a smaller room, it will take less time to purify the air; in a bigger room, it will take longer to purify the air.

A:AnswerAccording to the owners manual, I believe it will cover around 300 sq, ft. We have our in the living room/kitchen area (it's an open floor plan in those rooms) and it does well. We don't even have to dust as much! So, even though it's rated for a medium size room, it should do well in a larger room. It will likely just run more often in auto mode.
A:AnswerHello there,
This is Dan with Dyson. The Dyson Pure Cool™ Link purifier fan removes a range of contaminants from the air. It purifies to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns from the home. As dust mites are generally around 100-300 microns, the 360° glass filter is able to capture these with ease. It also removes pollen, pet dander and odors such as cigarette smoke and cooking smells.
Feel free to have a look at the following page for even more insight into the technology behind this machine:

A:AnswerSlightly. Using the sunshine through the window test, I see much fewer particulates. However, I wouldnt say that this is going to save your SO from suffering. You might need a much, much larger purfier for the whole house. Consider a unit that goes into your duct work?
A:AnswerHi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Pure Cool Link Air Purifier. The purifier will alert you on the display when the filter needs to be changed. You can also track the filter life through the Dyson link app.
