“Our V8 Absolute has started scratching our wooden and tiled floors. There is no obvious (visible) sign of why this might be happening... it is less than 2 years old. Any ideas why this might be happening and if a new head is the answer?”

I've been paying extremely close attention to our newly finished hardwood over the past 6 months and the soft roller cleaner head that comes with the Absolute does not seem to be scratching the floor at all. We tried a Rumba, but it scratched the floor.
