QuestionJust bought the frozen ones less than two months ago and now it won’t charge I just get a red light flashing. Any ideas on what is wrong with them

- Answer There could be several causes including internal connection and battery issues. Longshot but, used compressed air to clean out the inside of the connector on the headphones. Sometimes dust or lint can prevent a good connection. Also, if possible try out another charger/cord combination. Failing that, see if you can return the item for exchange.

QuestionHow long do the Frozen II Bluetooth headphones keep their charge for? I charge them overnight and two days later they sometimes work and sometimes don't work.

- Answer We returned the pair we purchased. I was unable to keep a charge for more than a few hours. Bluetooth constantly dropped its connection from every device I tried. I could not find a way to simply turn them off in order to preserve the battery whenever we were not using them. Not a good product in my opinion.
