I have Windows 10 and what has until now had a reliable wi-fi network. This printer will not stay connected and after many sucessful but time consuming manual re-connections it stopped connecting altogether. I had a professional look at this and he suggested returning the printer.

If you upgrade to Windows 11, drivers are available there as well. You can use your Android device as long it is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network as the WF-3820. If you use a 5 GHz router, set it to dual band 2.4 GHz/5 GHz. Android has a built-in print service that will allow you to print, but if you want more features, including scanning, download the free Epson Smart Panel app from the Google Play Store. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
