• The printer comes with Epson 252-I initial cartridges. Searching the internet, it seems that 252-I should have the same amount of ink as the 252 cartridges (the regular non-initial one).

• Yes. The printer comes with a supply of all four needed cartridges, but those cartridges are smaller than the normal size. They are certainly enough to get you going and keep you happy for a while, I believe. I decided to order a set of standard-sized cartridges when I ordered the printer.
