So far this is tracking my calories burned based on my heart rate, and is reducing my weight based on this information. If I was to add the calories I'm eating during the day, I think it would do a better job of this too.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely. I really enjoy reading that my body is in a fat burning zone when I can tell my body temp is elevated from normal. The fat burn minutes are tracked vs regular calories your body burns, and it breaks down exactly how many calories burned within 15 min increments. It also shows a pretty cool graph where orange and yellow (or maybe it's green) show a significantly higher calorie burn than the average, which is in red.
