  • QuestionHow do I opt for the 8x8?

    Asked by Kaz.

    • Answer On shutterfly go to your cart, apply the code, then click on "Manage Promos" and you'll see the option. You still have to pay for shipping.

  • Questionhow do I redeem my activation code

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Use the code when making a valid purchase (as specified by the details of the offer) at Shutterfly's website. Reading some of the other questions and comments here, it seems some people have the mistaken understanding that it's a discount for purchases from Best Buy. If you read the details of the offer, I don't see how you would arrive at such a wrong conclusion.

  • QuestionHow do I get this offer to open?

    Asked by Bren.

    • Answer When you click order status it shows that the recent orders are pending, I'm guessing once the coupon code is ready it will send it as a separate email possibly with the promo code to use. Check your spam box just incase. I just placed an order and will keep updated if I ever receive the Shutterfly promo - its possible they send it via mail on a card with the actual purchase too since I know when I buy off Amazon sometimes the supplier will send a gift card in the box. Who knows, will see.

  • QuestionUnfortunately they make these type offers like pulling your own teeth to figure out. I spent 2 hrs trying to figure it out and finally gave up!

    Asked by LeeW.

    • Answer That's not a question, it seems like more like venting. Seriously, 2 hours?!!! What's there to figure out? The offer gives you a $25 discount on products you purchase from Shutterfly, or you can choose an "8x8 Photo Book" instead (normal price is about $30, but as I write this they are on sale for $15). I can't imagine what you were doing for 2 hours that you couldn't figure out how to use a promo code when checking out to complete a purchase at Shutterfly's website. Maybe you didn't read the offer and mistakenly thought it was a discount for a purchase from Best Buy. Tsk, tsk. Had you figured it out, that work out to be $12.50 / hour, or less than what unskilled, fast-food workers make. Maybe get a job at your local fast food restaurant, it'll be more profitable for you.
