It would also be on your receipt when you purchased an item that had the Apple TV for free also if you have an account of any kind at Best Buy they can print that receipt and get the information that you need should be asking for a code which is on the receipt to begin with

Hello I am still waiting on an answer to that question too Purchased a tv that was supposed to come with a 3 month free subscription but when I go to the app, all it has is a 7 day trial
