A normal wash time can range from 125 minutes to 160 minutes. There is an hour wash that is available as well for this model. Normal run time depends on your options (sanitize, high temp & heated dry) all increase time by 10 minutes each. If you run the quick cycle it is a 60 minute wash with no dry, energy saver runs about 2 hours and has heated dry time. The longest wash is heavy duty, and with all the options it's about 2 hours 40 minutes.

As for adjustment of racks there is zero, however I haven't had any issues with mine other than extremely large items which wouldn't even fit in a full size. 

Great dish washer, recommend liquid detergent depending on your water hardness.

Family of 7 in my house and it fits our use fairly well. Of course if you need more space go bigger if you have the room obviously.
