“It says the "window mount kit" is not included with this unit. Is that true? It doesn't come with the bracket to put around it to fit it to the window?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it includes a window mount kit, including some really thin pieces of foam to put behind the fold out screens. I don’t know why it states that on the website. They ship it just like it is, no packaging, so try and be there when the carrier drops it off. Best Buy leaves a lot to be desired in their shipping practices. Do yourself a favor and get some of the thicker black foam. It helps with keeping the heat out, and the bugs! Good luck.
