“I have a Bisque JVM1460AA which has died on me. No lights, etc. Can this be repaired? If not, is this product you have a new model or refurbished?”

Hi LJ - We are sorry to hear your GE Microwave JVM1460AA is no longer working and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Try a reboot by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. A technician is required for an accurate diagnosis.
