Hello Johnt - Thank you for reaching out about your microwave. We are sorry to hear it is not venting properly. We recommend placing a tissue under the microwave to test the vent. If the tissue is held up to the microwave, it is venting properly. If it is not pulled up, try checking that the motor was turned in the proper direction.
