This lovely microwave is designed to be placed on your counter top, suspended from the underside of your cabinet (not above a heat source) or built-in to your wall using an approved kit. The built-in kits are the JX830SFSS or JX827SFSS and the hanging kit is a JXA019K. This microwave is not designed to be installed above a range.

However, do double check the width you have over the range-this one might not be full width-mine is not mounted over the range-it is just under a cabinet the correct width.
