This machine is 120v 15amp. The drying part is about the same electricity used as the tumbling part of your gas dryer. The savings will be nearly 100% of what you pay for gas to dry your clothes.

(Costs can vary depending on utility rates and usage, and the price is estimated based on using an electric water heater.) And actually, the unit is so game changing that the Department of Energy doesn’t currently have a way to effectively evaluable a washer dryer combo model! The dryer is 50% more energy efficient compared to standard Energy Star qualifications for an electric dryer. If it might be helpful, you can view more information in the Combo’s Energy Guide, which you can review when you look up the model number on our GE Appliances website and go to the product page. We’re confident the Combo would be a great fit for your laundry needs! -Sarah@GEA
