That depends on how your fans are wired. A lot of Corsair products use a little box for fan control like their Commander units, so all your many fans go into that single device, and the controller only needs one fan and/or USB cable from the motherboard. This B450M DS3H mobo has 2 PWM fan headers: 1 for CPU_FAN and 1 for SYS_FAN, and also 2 USB2 headers and 1 USB3 header. Maybe the CPU_FAN header can be used for your last case fan or your pump, since your CPU is on water instead of an air cooler. If you're not using some type of fan controller/hub, PWM splitter cables are cheap and can run like 2-4 fans easily from a single header depending on power draw. I'm running 3 case fans off a single splitter.
