No, you cannot. Comcast will not permit its streaming service to be cast from an Android device to a TV.

Yes, that is how I watch K-dramas and movies from the Kowowa app. I access whatever I want to watch on my iPhone 8 Plus then cast it to my Samsung TV through Chrome-cast

You can cast to your TV anything that you watch or do on your cell phone.
Download "Google Home" app from Play Store.
Add your devices
Go to Account Configuration
Choose "Duplicate Device"

It worked that way for my Hulu remote account so it should work for your xfinity to go. I also used it for amazon music. I would think any content you can see on your phone can be "cast" to your TV.
