The Nest Wifi router can cover up to 2200 square feet. Each Nest Wifi point can cover up to 1600 square feet. However, Wi-Fi signal coverage may be affected by different factors as Wi-Fi network congestion, distance of the device from the router, wireless interference with other Wi-Fi hotspots or devices nearby and other Wi-FI settings.

If you place the router right in the middle of the home you should have OK speeds in all corner depending upon how fast your incoming service is. Remember, if you mix and match ISP (e.g., Xfinity and Google Nest Wifi) then either company can blame the other one for outages, random drops. My recommendation is stick with your ISP wifi or buy a Google/eero pro 6/ etc vendor mutli-pack to give you faster coverage everywhere in home. Note: Google Nest mesh software is very crash prone for a while now.with many daily wifi disconnects. Probably only on larger home set-up with many points spread throughout but something you should research online to see all the complaints.
