Hello, thank you for reaching out! The Premium & Business software does support both simple and complex trusts (Form 1041). The personal return can be completed with the Premium software included. The Premium does support importing forms from financial institutions. The Business software that is included for use in preparing business returns does not support importing forms from financial institutions. There is not an ability to import the prior year return from Turbo Tax Business. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
