You can select any color in the rainbow and select the brightness level. You can create several different programs with any setting you want that you can schedule to start and end at any time. If you want colors that change there is an option that transitions throughout several of the primary colors. It’s soft light which is great but it doesn’t get very bright at the highest setting so I usually need another light if I have to do anything with precision in the dark (like change a diaper or pour a bottle).
