No filters, you may need to clean with vinager or something monthly if you have hard water.

It doesn't use filters because it is an ultrasonic kind of humidifier and doesn't use a fan (it's not evaporative kind).

This is a small humidifier it doesn't have filters in it

It doesn't need a filter. Just load water into tank and put it on the humidifier. It cost me about 35 bucks.
