I purchased this model in May and haven't had issue with a blue screen. May I suggest checking internet connections and/or restart the laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Upon my initial setup, it was extremely sluggish and almost unusable. I almost returned the unit assuming it was defective but decided to attempt to get it updated and try it then before doing so. Once it updated (Which it took a LONG time to do even on fast internet) it worked flawlessly. I did mention this in my recent review, and I believe this ship it broken, fix it later policy is a horrible manufacturing process and makes the experience for us consumers extremely bad.
