1. Does this have an sd card slot (what size)?

2. Does Microsoft 10 have video editor? Or do I have to install?

Yes sir, I have the same computer and yes there is a SD Card slot but you have to request it to be added while ordering. Win 10 does have a video editing program.

I did not have to request an SD slot. It was already on the computer as a standard feature
