“Current HP printer allows only 8.5" x 11" photo paper/sheets; does this 7855 allow 3" x 5" , 5" x 7", and other size options? Thanks in advance.”

• Yes it does. It has a separate tray for photo paper and you can adjust it to fit the paper. By the way, the photos that are unbelievably great. I have never seen home printed photos this good.
