- Answer Yes. You will need to purchase the printer cable because cables are not included with the printer. I use a USB cable to setup the printer then connected it to wifi.

You can use a standard USB printer cable like this: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/tripp-lite-6-usb-type-a-to-usb-type-b-cable-black/9598875.p?skuId=9598875 You will either need an adapter to go from your Thunderbolt connector to USB like this: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/apple-usb-c-to-usb-adapter-white/6622138.p?skuId=6622138 or you can use a USB-C dock that has regular USB. I would go with a 6' (2 meter) or less USB cable to have strong signal strength.
