- Answer I've had the same problem. Only work-around I've found successful is to see if "simplify page" option will work (option on Firefox). If that doesn't work, I do a copy and paste into my word processor. Annoying. I hope someone else has a better solution.

- Answer The HP Envy Photo 7855 printer cannot print 11 x 17 inches. We recommend looking at the HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 printer which can print 11 x 17 inches.

QuestionI am having an issue with the auto feed. When you put a page or up to max. what do you do to get it to feed to copy? It says auto feed, but doesn't show what you do to get it to do that. the print and document on window do not let the paper feed.

- Answer I haven't had this printer too long but I just printed a copy on mine. I placed the document I wanted to copy on the scanner screen (I already had paper in the tray). I used the touch screen menu on the printer. I hit copy, then document, then choose black or color. It pulled the paper from the main tray and provided a copy. My menu does not say anything about autofeed for the copy operation. I did have to hold my finger down on the icon for a second until it beeped. Hope this helps.

QuestionI do not use wireless. Can I connect my computer to the printer via a USB cord (not included) for printing. Also I want to make sure I can turn the wifi receiver off on the printer (as you can on a modem) so I am not getting electro-magnetic frequencies.

- Answer You can connect the printer with a USB printer cable. The WiFi adapter in the printer can be turned off.

- Answer Yes, you can. If you're not currently signed up, you'll go through the normal setup process and when the computer asks if you want to sign up for Instant Ink, you tell it yes. If you're replacing a printer that is on the program, you can go to the Instant Ink website, go into your account, and put in the serial number of the new printer to switch the plan over to it.

- Answer No, the HP ENVY Photo 7855 uses HP 64 ink cartridges. The HP ENVY 4520 uses HP 63 ink cartridges. The print speed is up to 15 ppm in black and up to 10 ppm in color.
