A:Answer This is an all in one printer, which means copy print fax scan. I bought combo pack color and black ink for about $45. I am still using ink that came with printer. I don’t print everyday, just occasionally. If you print a lot, you may want to chose HP’s auto ink program which will mail you replacement ink automatically when your cartridges are low. It’s a good deal for someone who prints a lot monthly. This is an excellent printer.
