- turn on your/this ltop. - click the pretty skyblue circular button with the '?' inside in the system tray [there when 1st set-up ; otherwise called 'hp support assist']. - the upper-left tile states the product and serial numbers. - click 'Specifications ' inside said tile... - resulting screens reveals '15m-ed1013dx'. - No, of cource w10 doesn't bother to make a system call to the hp bios to inquire, "who are you", that you would expect in the 'About' lookup... [windows is only 35 yold, it's not fully mature yet...]
