Yes it does, but it is a bit cumbersome as you have to remove the paper to do them.

Yes, it prints envelops and does so easily. Just place the envelope in the paper tray. If you're printing many envelops regularly (or printing on multiple paper sizes regularly - regardless of what they are), you can always purchase the next best HP printer which has a second paper tray. Then you can put in whatever size paper/envelops you're print on and simply select which tray to print from.
