Yes but they are NOT good for gaming at all they are standard office keyboard and mouse. I would suggest spending a little more and getting a gaming mouse and keyboard

Mine didn't...it was "open box"...it was returned by previous owner. I'm using my old mouse and keyboard. There is nothing wrong with it and it is a very nice PC. That said, I've never bought a PC that came with a mouse and keyboard.
