“I bought this computer 4 months ago and the LED won't turn on. But if I adjust the cord to the LED, it would work again then not work afterwards. How would the Technical Support service help me with this?”

Please give us a call at (888)-618-6040 and our technical support will be able to assist you further in resolving this. Most likely the best fix for this is to send in the system to fix the LED, but it is better to contact them for confirmation. Our Technical Support hours are Mon - Fri from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST.
