I have no issues running Fortnite, Rainbow Six, and CSGO at 60 FPS 1440p, while recording with OBS at 1440p 60 FPS.

In addition, it is possible to stream on this computer using OBS, but again the frame rate will be dependent on your settings and Internets upload/download speeds. 16GB of memory should be more then enough to handle playing and streaming at the same time without sacrificing too much performance.
